Peanut Butter Chocolate Fudge Recipe

This peanut butter chocolate fudge is rich, creamy, and packed with irresistible chocolate and peanut butter flavor. Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
  • ½ cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1 can 14 oz sweetened condensed milk
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • ¼ tsp salt

Method
 

  1. Line an 8×8 inch baking dish with parchment paper.
  2. In a saucepan combine chocolate chips, peanut butter, condensed milk, and butter.
  3. Heat over low heat while stirring until everything melts smoothly.
  4. Remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract and salt.
  5. Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish.
  6. Spread evenly with a spatula.
  7. Refrigerate for about 1 hour until firm.
  8. Cut into small squares and serve.

Notes

  • Use creamy peanut butter for a smoother texture.
  • Add chopped peanuts for extra crunch.
  • Sprinkle sea salt on top for a sweet-salty flavor.
  • Store fudge in the refrigerator for up to 1 week.
