Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter
  • 1/3 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup granola optional base layer or topping
  • 1/4 cup dark chocolate chips optional topping

Method
 

  1. Line a square baking pan with parchment paper.
  2. Mix Greek yogurt, peanut butter, honey, vanilla, and salt until smooth.
  3. Spread mixture evenly into the pan.
  4. Add granola or chocolate chips on top if desired.
  5. Freeze for 4–6 hours until firm.
  6. Cut into bars and serve cold.

Notes

  • Let bars sit for 2–3 minutes before cutting for clean slices.
  • Store in an airtight container in the freezer for up to 2 weeks.
  • Use natural peanut butter for better texture and flavor.
  • Add banana slices for extra sweetness and creaminess.
