- Cook pasta shells according to package instructions and set aside.
- In a pan, cook ground beef with garlic until browned.
- Season with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
- Mix cooked beef with ricotta and half of the mozzarella.
- Stuff each shell with the beef mixture.
- Spread marinara sauce in a baking dish.
- Arrange stuffed shells over the sauce.
- Top with remaining mozzarella and parmesan.
- Bake at 180°C (350°F) for 25–30 minutes until bubbly and golden.
