- In a bowl, mix olive oil, garlic, lime juice, paprika, cumin, chili powder, salt, and pepper
- Coat chicken with marinade and let sit for 15–30 minutes
- Preheat grill to medium heat

- Blend all green sauce ingredients until smooth
- Let chicken rest for a few minutes
- Serve with green sauce on top or on the side
