- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C)
- Line a baking tray with parchment paper
- In a bowl, mix almond flour, psyllium husk powder, baking powder, and salt
- Add hot water, olive oil, and eggs
- Mix quickly until a dough forms
- Let dough sit for 5 minutes to thicken
- Divide dough into 6 equal portions
- Shape into rolls and place on baking tray
- Bake for 35–40 minutes until firm and golden
- Let cool before serving

- Use finely ground psyllium husk powder for the best texture
- Dough will be slightly sticky—handle with damp hands
- Cool completely for the best structure
- Store in an airtight container or freeze for later
