Method
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Grease a 9x13-inch baking pan.
- In a bowl, mix flour, granulated sugar, and softened butter until crumbly.
- Press mixture firmly into the bottom of the pan.
- Bake crust for 15 minutes until lightly golden.
- In another bowl, whisk pumpkin puree, evaporated milk, eggs, brown sugar, spices, salt, and vanilla extract.
- Pour pumpkin mixture evenly over baked crust.
- Bake for 30 minutes until filling is set.
- Cool completely before slicing into bars.
Notes
- Chill for 1–2 hours for cleaner slices.
- Add whipped cream before serving.
- Use pumpkin pie spice instead of individual spices if preferred.
- Store refrigerated for up to 4 days.
