Method
- Cook pasta according to package instructions then drain and cool completely
- In a large bowl combine cooked pasta cherry tomatoes and basil
- Add pesto olive oil and lemon juice then toss until evenly coated
- Sprinkle parmesan cheese and mix well
- Season with salt and black pepper to taste
- Chill for 10-15 minutes before serving
Notes
- Add mozzarella balls or olives for extra flavor
- Use store-bought or homemade pesto as preferred
- Best served chilled for enhanced taste
- Store in fridge for up to 2 days
