Cook pasta according to package directions and drain.
In a large skillet cook chopped bacon over medium heat until crispy.
Remove bacon and set aside, leaving a little bacon fat in the skillet.
Add butter and minced garlic to the skillet and sauté for about 30 seconds.
Pour in heavy cream and simmer for 2–3 minutes.
Stir in grated Parmesan cheese, salt, and black pepper.
Add cooked pasta to the sauce and toss to coat evenly.
Return crispy bacon to the skillet and mix well.
Cook for another 1–2 minutes until everything is heated through.
Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
