Ingredients
  

  • 8 tostada shells
  • 2 cups rotisserie chicken shredded
  • 1/2 cup refried beans
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes chopped
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheese
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup salsa
  • 1/4 cup avocado sliced

Method
 

  1. Warm refried beans in a pan or microwave
  2. Spread a layer of beans on each tostada shell
  3. Add shredded rotisserie chicken on top
  4. Layer with lettuce, tomatoes, and cheese
  5. Drizzle sour cream and salsa over toppings
  6. Add avocado slices on top
