Method
- Cook orzo in broth according to package instructions and set aside
- Season salmon with salt and pepper
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat
- Cook salmon for 4–5 minutes per side until flaky and golden
- In the same pan, sauté garlic until fragrant
- Add cooked orzo, lemon juice, and lemon zest and mix well
- Stir in parmesan cheese until creamy
- Plate orzo and top with salmon
- Garnish with parsley and serve warm
