Ingredients
  

  • 250 g mushrooms sliced or whole
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • 1/2 tsp salt or to taste
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp dried thyme optional
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Method
 

  1. Heat butter and olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
  2. Add mushrooms and sauté until they release moisture and turn golden.
  3. Stir in minced garlic and cook until fragrant.
  4. Season with salt, pepper, and thyme.
  5. Cook for another 2–3 minutes until well coated.
  6. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve warm.

Notes

  • Do not overcrowd the pan for the best browning.
  • Use fresh mushrooms for the best texture.
  • Add a splash of soy sauce for extra umami.
  • Serve immediately for the best flavor.
