Toss chicken strips with chili powder, paprika, cumin, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
Add chicken and cook 5–6 minutes until browned and cooked through.
Remove chicken and set aside.
Add sliced peppers and onion to the skillet and sauté 4–5 minutes until tender-crisp.
Return chicken to skillet and squeeze lime juice over mixture.
Toss well and cook 1–2 more minutes until heated through.
Sprinkle cilantro on top and serve hot with warm tortillas and toppings.
