- Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F) and grease a loaf pan.

- In another bowl, whisk eggs, sugars, oil, milk, and vanilla.

- Fold in diced peaches gently.
- Pour batter into prepared loaf pan.
- Bake for 45–50 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let cool before slicing and serving.
