Spicy Keto Buffalo Chicken Skillet

Ingredients
  

  • 2 large chicken breasts diced
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 2 garlic cloves minced
  • 1/2 cup buffalo sauce
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • 1/4 cup green onions chopped

Method
 

  1. Heat butter in a skillet over medium heat
  2. Add chicken pieces and cook until browned and fully cooked
  3. Add garlic and sauté until fragrant
  4. Pour in buffalo sauce heavy cream and cream cheese stir until smooth
  5. Season with salt pepper and paprika mix well
  6. Sprinkle cheddar cheese on top and let it melt
  7. Simmer for 3-5 minutes until thick and creamy
  8. Garnish with green onions and serve hot

Notes

  • Adjust buffalo sauce for desired spice level
  • Use mozzarella cheese for a milder taste
  • Serve with celery sticks or a side salad
  • Best enjoyed fresh, but can be stored in the fridge for up to 2 days
