Method
- Heat butter in a skillet over medium heat
- Add chicken pieces and cook until browned and fully cooked
- Add garlic and sauté until fragrant
- Pour in buffalo sauce heavy cream and cream cheese stir until smooth
- Season with salt pepper and paprika mix well
- Sprinkle cheddar cheese on top and let it melt
- Simmer for 3-5 minutes until thick and creamy
- Garnish with green onions and serve hot

- Adjust buffalo sauce for desired spice level
- Use mozzarella cheese for a milder taste
- Serve with celery sticks or a side salad
