- In a large bowl, combine cooked chicken and corn
- In another bowl, mix mayonnaise, sour cream, and lime juice
- Add chili powder, paprika, salt, and pepper to the dressing
- Pour dressing over chicken and corn and mix well
- Stir in crumbled cheese and chopped cilantro
- Mix until everything is evenly coated
- Chill for 15–20 minutes before serving
- Serve cold or slightly chilled
