Ingredients
  

  • 1 prepared graham cracker crust
  • 2 cups fresh peaches peeled and sliced
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1 can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 container whipped topping 8 oz

Method
 

  1. Blend peaches and sugar until smooth or slightly chunky
  2. In a bowl, beat cream cheese until creamy
  3. Add sweetened condensed milk, lemon juice, and vanilla extract
  4. Mix until smooth and well combined
  5. Fold in whipped topping gently
  6. Stir in peach mixture until evenly combined
  7. Pour filling into graham cracker crust
  8. Smooth the top with a spatula
  9. Refrigerate for at least 4–6 hours until firm
  10. Slice and serve chilled

Notes

  • Use ripe, juicy peaches for the best flavor
  • Chill overnight for a firmer texture
  • Add extra peach slices on top for garnish
  • Keep refrigerated until ready to serve
