Ingredients
  

  • 3 ripe peaches sliced
  • 1 cup strawberries halved
  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 1 cup raspberries
  • 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp honey optional
  • 1 tsp lemon zest optional
  • 1 tbsp fresh mint chopped, optional

Method
 

  1. Wash and gently dry all fruit before slicing.
  2. Slice peaches and strawberries into bite-sized pieces.
  3. Add peaches, strawberries, blueberries, and raspberries to a large bowl.
  4. Drizzle with lemon juice and honey (if using) and toss gently to combine.
  5. Sprinkle lemon zest and fresh mint on top if desired.
  6. Chill 15–30 minutes before serving for best flavor.

Notes

  • Use firm-ripe peaches, so they hold shape and don’t turn mushy.
  • Add blackberries or grapes for extra variety and color.
  • Chill before serving to enhance the natural sweetness.
  • Best enjoyed fresh, but can be refrigerated up to 24 hours.
