Ingredients
  

  • 2 steak cuts sirloin or ribeye
  • 200 g shrimp peeled and deveined
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp Italian seasoning
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Method
 

  1. Season steak with salt, pepper, and paprika.
  2. Heat oil in a pan and sear steak to desired doneness, then set aside.
  3. In the same pan, cook shrimp until pink and cooked through.
  4. Remove shrimp and set aside with steak.
  5. Add butter and garlic to the pan and sauté until fragrant.
  6. Pour in heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer.
  7. Stir in parmesan cheese and seasoning.
  8. Add steak and shrimp back to the pan and coat with sauce.
  9. Garnish with parsley and serve hot.

Notes

  • Let the steak rest before slicing for juiciness.
  • Do not overcook shrimp to keep them tender.
  • Use fresh garlic for the best flavor.
  • Serve with mashed potatoes or vegetables.
