- In a bowl combine yogurt, lemon juice, spices, ginger garlic paste, mustard oil, and salt
- Add chicken and mix until fully coated
- Cover and marinate in the fridge for 2–4 hours
- Thread chicken, capsicum, and onion onto skewers
- Preheat grill or oven to medium-high heat
- Cook skewers for 12–15 minutes turning occasionally until charred and cooked through
- Serve hot with chutney or naan
