Ingredients
  

  • 1 – Banana
  • 1 cup – Almond milk or coconut milk
  • 1 tsp – Turmeric powder
  • ½ tsp – Cinnamon powder
  • 1 tbsp – Honey
  • ½ tsp – Fresh ginger grated
  • ½ cup – Ice cubes

Method
 

  1. Add banana, almond milk, turmeric, cinnamon, honey, and ginger into a blender.
  2. Add ice cubes for a chilled texture.
  3. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  4. Taste and adjust sweetness or spice if needed.
  5. Pour into glasses and serve immediately.
