- Stir in half of the cheddar cheese, bacon, and green onions.
- Spread the potato mixture evenly in the prepared baking dish.
- Sprinkle remaining cheddar cheese on top.
- Bake for 25–30 minutes until hot and bubbly.
- Garnish with extra bacon and green onions before serving.
