Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup – Beetroot cooked or raw, chopped
  • 1 – Apple chopped
  • 1 – Banana
  • 1 cup – Orange juice
  • 1 tbsp – Lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp – Honey optional
  • ½ cup – Ice cubes

Method
 

  1. Add beetroot, apple, banana, and orange juice into a blender.
  2. Add lemon juice, honey, and ice cubes.
  3. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  4. Taste and adjust sweetness if needed.
  5. Pour into glasses and serve immediately.
