Ingredients
  

  • 3 eggs
  • 1/2 cup cooked sausage or bacon
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheese cheddar or mozzarella
  • 2 –3 low-carb tortillas
  • 2 tablespoons butter or oil
  • 1/4 cup bell peppers chopped
  • 2 tablespoons onion chopped
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste

Method
 

  1. Heat butter or oil in a pan over medium heat
  2. Sauté bell peppers and onions until soft
  3. Add eggs and scramble until cooked
  4. Stir in cooked sausage or bacon
  5. Warm low-carb tortillas
  6. Fill tortillas with egg mixture and cheese
  7. Roll into burritos
  8. Serve warm and enjoy

Notes

  • Use almond flour tortillas for lower carbs
  • Add avocado for extra healthy fats
  • Adjust fillings to your taste
