Method
- Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F)
- Season chicken with salt pepper garlic powder paprika and Italian seasoning
- Dip chicken in beaten eggs then coat with parmesan and almond flour mixture
- Heat olive oil and butter in a skillet over medium heat
- Sear chicken until golden brown on both sides
- Transfer to oven and bake for 15-18 minutes until fully cooked
- Rest for 5 minutes before serving
Notes
- Use finely grated parmesan for better coating
- Do not skip searing for extra crispiness
- An air fryer can be used instead of an oven
- Serve with salad or roasted vegetables for a complete keto meal
